Goals of the Seminar:
To transfer Products of Project Results 1 (PPR1) and Project Results 2 (PPR2) to the target group through face-to-face interactions.
To monitor, assess, evaluate, and update the project results by obtaining critical feedback from professionals in the relevant fields.
To increase awareness among teachers, trainers, instructors, VET training authorities, VET training centers, universities, and individuals working in special education about students with learning difficulties, disabilities, and disorders.
To enhance efforts in meeting the needs of individuals related to the education of students with learning disabilities and their parents.
To expand the coverage of academic institutions in national and international studies.
To promote and share project outputs by communicating and cooperating with target groups.
To contribute to the development of technologies in VET education in Czech Republic, partner countries, and other European countries.
To inform participants about European Union funds and Erasmus+ opportunities.
Main Subjects of the Seminar:
Introduction and dissemination of project results.
Number of Participants: 150
Duration: 150 minutes
Target Groups: Organizations working with students with learning disabilities, parents of the students, public and private education authorities, academicians, other educational organizations, and representatives from sectors involved in digitalization and IT technologies.
Event Execution:
Most of participants were invited from Event "Schola Pragensis" and Director of the our organization directly contacted other Vocational Education schools such as Střední průmyslovou školu elektrotechnickou na Ječný a Střední odbornou školu – Centrum odborné přípravy a Gymnázium na Poděbradský. Attendance was confirmed ahead of the event.
The seminar was divided into three sessions:
First Session:
Duration: 45 minutes
Opening speech by Ms. Milan Vorel, followed by guest speeches.
Presentation of project outputs, highlighting goals, outputs, and the overall aim, as well as the situation of students with learning difficulties before and after project activities.
Coffee Break: 15 minutes
Second Session:
Duration: 45 minutes
Demonstration of the Social-Vet 4.0 platform, showcasing its utility and innovation in addressing students' learning difficulties. Participants were shown how to sign up and use the platform.
Introduction to Pedagogical Games for Coding, designed for students with learning disabilities in VET organizations. Participants could interact with the games online or offline, experiencing firsthand how they aid learning.
Coffee Break: 15 minutes
Final Session:
Duration: 30 minutes
A question-and-answer session where attendees could ask questions about the project and its outputs, ensuring clarity and addressing any doubts.
Collection of professional feedback to further develop the project outputs.
Outcome:
The seminar facilitated the effective sharing and dissemination of project results, increasing awareness and understanding among the target audience. Participants actively engaged with the content, providing valuable feedback, and expressing interest in future collaborations. The event successfully addressed the needs of various stakeholders, from educators to parents, by providing a comprehensive overview of the project results and their applications in real-world scenarios.
